We are of course responsible for delivering a good product and a product must of course do what is expected of it. If this is not the case, then we will proceed in accordance with your statutory rights, with repair or replacement, or we will return your money if repair or replacement is not possible.

What are the legal guarantees?

The legal guarantee applies for all articles that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness. For some products there is also a factory guarantee. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
